Set Up Parental Control

How to set up parental controls and options for content blocking and time limits​

Parental controls allow you to manage and monitor your children’s internet usage. Here’s how to set them up on your router:


For TP-Link Router

Using the Aginet App:

  1. Open the Family Section:

    • Tap “Family” at the bottom of the Aginet app.

    • Create a profile by setting a name, age range, and avatar.

  2. Customise the Profile:

    • Adjust content filters, set time limits, and manage other parental control settings.

Using the Web Interface:

  1. Access Parental Controls:

    • Log into the router via 192.168.0.1 and navigate to the “Parental Control” section.

  2. Create a New Profile:

    • Click “Add” and create the profile name.

    • Add the devices you wish to control by clicking “Add” under devices.

  3. Set Controls:

    • Choose the appropriate age range and adjust any additional controls.

    • Set time-based restrictions if needed.

  4. Save Your Settings:

    • Click “Save” to apply the parental controls.


For the Brsk Hub

You can manage your devices Wi-Fi access, set time limits, and block certain

websites. You can define days and time slots for when your devices can be online.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Access control

  2. Then select Parental Control

  3. Select Internet Access Control Planning

  4. In the dashboard, you can select each device and set time slots to pause and resume the Wi-Fi for each day of the week.

  5. Click Apply to save your choices.

If you select All devices, the time restriction will apply to all connected devices:
Deny all: Internet access is not allowed.

Allow all: Internet access is always allowed.

To Block Websites

You can also block specific websites from being accessed via your internet connection.

  1. Go to Access control

  2. Then select Parental Control

  3. Next, select Website Filter

  4. You can enter the address of the website(s) you want to block
