  • We can only provide services to areas where we have installed our network.

  • You can check our online network coverage map to see if your new home is covered.

  • If you are moving to an area that is covered by brsk, then you need to cancel your service at your current home and order a new service for your new home.

  • To request to cancel your subscription, please contact cancellations@brsk.co.uk or 0330 088 4796.

  • You can place a new order via the brsk website.

  • Don't forget to LEAVE the brsk equipment behind when you move houses. Read why here.

  • Remember to give us at least one full month's notice should you wish to cancel your service.

  • If you are within a minimum term, an early cancellation fee may apply.
