You can check our online network coverage map to see if your new home is covered.
If you are moving to an area that is covered by brsk, then you need to cancel your service at your current home and order a new service for your new home.
To request to cancel your subscription, please contact cancellations@brsk.co.uk or 0330 088 4796.
You can place a new order via the brsk website.
Don't forget to LEAVE the brsk equipment behind when you move houses. Read why here.
Remember to give us at least one full month's notice should you wish to cancel your service.
If you are within a minimum term, an early cancellation fee may apply.
