This occurrence is most likely due to your batteries running low. If you have no batteries nearby, don't worry, we came prepared! You can learn how to use our virtual remote control on our app here otherwise follow troubleshoot guide below.

Troubleshoot Guide

  • Replace the batteries in the remote control with a fresh pair
    โ€‹

  • Remove the batteries from your remote control and reinsert them

  • Reboot your device by unplugging the power cable from your device and plugging it in again. You can also turn the power off from the mains and then switch it back on.
