Open the BetterTV app
Tap Settings (bottom-right), select Help & Support under the Help section
Click on the support widget

Pair your device to your BetterTV
Connect your mobile phone to unlock extra features like remote control, casting, and on-the-go browsing.
Set up the connection
On your BetterTV device:
Go to Settings > Personalisation > Mobile App
A 4-digit code will appear on your TV screen
On your phone:
Download the BetterTV app from the App Store or Google Play
Open the app and follow the sign-in instructions
Enter the 4-digit code from your TV screen
Is your code not working or perhaps expired? Pairing codes only last a few minutes. Press and hold the Green button on your remote for 3 seconds to get a new code.

Pair your device with your replacement or second BetterTV box
If you have a second BetterTV device or got a replacement, the pairing process is slightly different since you already have the mobile app:
On your BetterTV device:
Go to Settings > Personalisation > Mobile App > A code will appear on your screen
On your Phone:
Go to Settings on the mobile app > select New box pairing, then enter the new code displayed on your TV screen.
