  • Plug in the power adaptor into a power socket, and insert its cable into the other end of the PLEIO puck.

  • Follow the on-screen setup instructions to start your watch, stream, and play experience. For further guidance on these steps visit the 'On-screen setup' article.

Aerial requirements

Do I need an aerial?

Forget the aerial! With our service, you get everything you need over your broadband connection.

This includes Freely, giving you access to over 100 live channels like BBC ONE, ITV1, Channel 4, and 5 without an aerial. On top of that, you can dive into more than 150 additional internet-based channels and a vast library of thousands of apps from the Google Play Store. There are even over 200 cloud games to keep the whole family entertained, all powered by your internet connection.

Internet requirements

What are the minimum internet requirements?

For the best gaming experience, a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps is recommended. To avoid latency, which can cause noticeable delays, a stable and low-latency connection is even more important than the overall speed. We recommend connecting to a strong Wi-Fi signal as close to your router as possible.
