Your Hub broadcasts both 2.4GHz(long range) and 5GHz (faster but shorter range). Normally they’re combined. If a device is struggling, try splitting them:
On your brsk hub Go to My Settings > Wi-Fi > Private
Turn Band Steering OFF
Give each band a unique name (like brsk-2.4 and brsk-5)
Click Apply
