If you're having trouble accessing your Freely channels, follow these steps to get them back up and running.
1. Check your internet connection
Freely channels are streamed over the internet. Make sure your PLEIO puck is connected to your Wi-Fi network and that your internet is working correctly via System Settings or on other household devices.
2. Uninstall & Install Freely
Although Freely channels are updated automatically, you may also perform this manually.
Go to Settings > Freely Settings > Uninstall Services.
Then, select Install Services just above.
