Brsk's infrastructure (including telegraph poles and street cabinets), meets the conditions to qualify as permitted development under the Town & Country Planning Act 2015.

Therefore, Brsk does not require planning permission to erect these items. However, Brsk regularly engages with the local authorities regarding its infrastructure roll-out plans and its methods of deployment.

Furthermore, wherever possible, Brsk will use existing infrastructure under agreement with the asset owner. New telegraph poles are only erected in areas where there is insufficient (existing) infrastructure to service the whole community with full fibre broadband - because no one deserves to be left behind!
