  1. Once you have placed an order with brsk and your area has gone live, we will contact you to schedule a suitable date and time for your in-home installation.

  2. A brsk technician will visit your home and install a fibre cable from the closest telephone pole, or underground chamber on the outside of your property, into your home.

  3. Read about non-standard installations here.

  4. Consider where you would like us to install the brsk equipment.

We need to install the equipment, a brsk ONT (a fancy word for a fibre converter!) also known as a line box, and your brsk WiFi router.

It needs to be close to 2x plug points and should be centrally located in your home to give you the best Wi-Fi coverage.

  5. Consider the route that the fibre cable will take into your home.

We need to install the fibre cable from the closest telephone pole, or underground chamber to the brsk equipment in your home.

  6. The installation happens in 2 stages. First, we install the brsk equipment into your home and this will take roughly two (2) to four (4) hours. Then we activate your service so that you have internet connectivity. This should happen within 3 working days following your installation unless we encounter any unexpected issues that require more time to resolve.

  7. The first payment for your fibre broadband will only be charged against your card once the service is live, or at the end of your promotional period if you have one.
