On the day of your installation, our fibre engineer will install a fibre cable from the nearest telephone pole or underground chamber, into your home.

Our engineer will run the cable inside your home to a central point where the fibre equipment will be installed. The equipment is made up of two boxes that will be mounted against the wall. The equipment includes our Line Box and a WiFi router (which provides your home with a WiFi connection). We recommend that you choose to install the equipment in a central place inside your home to give your home the best WiFi coverage.

Someone over 18 and with authority to sign-off on the installation will need to be present. Should you require changes to the installation after the fact, you may be charged a call-out fee and/or a re-installation fee.
