Are you unable to connect to the internet when using your own router?
โ€‹

If so, please take a look at the below troubleshooting steps.

What credentials do I need to get online?

Good news! You don't need to enter any login credentials (such as PPPoE) to get online. Simply by using DHCP, your router will automatically get all the information it needs.

I've plugged my router in and set it up, but I'm not getting any connection

Sometimes you may need to wait 10 minutes or so for it to come online. This is because the existing session with the brsk router may still be active, and this can take up to 10 minutes to clear once the existing router has been disconnected to allow your own router to connect.

I've got my router working, but my speeds are slow

Please check to make sure your router has a gigabit ethernet WAN port to allow for the correct speeds.

My router is working but IPv6 isn't

Make sure your router's WAN is configured to use SLAAC so it's able to get the necessary IPv6 details. This may also be listed as "auto".

I'm still having problems. Help!
