If you are using the black Technicolor router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

Please note that Virgin TV is only compatible with Virgin devices and so it won't work with the brsk router.

For all other TVs, please follow the step-by-step guide below to connect your TV to the brsk router:

  1. First, make sure that the WAN (World Icon) light on your Wi-Fi router is green.

  2. Go to "Settings" and then "Wi-Fi" on your TV and search for your new Wi-Fi connection called “FTTH_XXXX”.

  3. Select the correct Wi-Fi connection, and use the WPA2 Key at the back of the Wi-Fi router for the Wi-Fi password.

  4. The Wi-Fi icon will turn green once your device has successfully connected.

You can plug certain devices directly into the Wi-Fi router using an ethernet cable (not supplied by brsk). Use one of the LAN ports on the back of the Wi-Fi router. We recommend a cabled connection with a CAT 6 ethernet cable for the best performance.
