If you are using the white Icotera router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

Please note that Virgin TV is only compatible with Virgin devices and will not work with the brsk router.

For all other TVs, please follow the step-by-step guide below to connect your TV to the brsk router:

  1. First, make sure that the WAN light on your Wi-Fi router is green.

  2. Go to "Settings" and then "Wi-Fi" on your TV or device and search for your new WiFi connection called TNCAPXXX?

  3. Select the correct Wi-Fi connection, and then enter your password/key. You will find your network name and password/key on the sticker on the underside of your router.

  4. The WiFi icon will turn green once your device has successfully connected.

Fixed TV

You can plug certain devices directly into the WiFi router using an ethernet cable (not supplied by brsk). To connect your TV, we recommend a CAT 6 ethernet cable for the best performance. Plug this from your device into the yellow LAN ports on the WiFi router.
