If you are using the white Icotera router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

Now that full fast fibre has been installed in your home, we are sure you're excited to start experiencing the best that fibre has to offer. First things first - let's help you connect your devices to the Wi-Fi.

Mobile Device/Cellphone

  1. First, make sure that the WAN light on your Wi-Fi router is green.

  2. Go to "Settings" and then "Wi-Fi" on your cellphone or device and search for your new Wi-Fi connection called TNCAPXXX?

  3. Select the correct Wi-Fi connection, and then enter your password/key. You will find your network name and password/key on the sticker on the underside of your router.

  4. The Wireless icon will turn green once your device has successfully connected.

Fixed device/laptop/computer

You can plug certain devices directly into the Wi-Fi router using an ethernet cable (not supplied by brsk). To connect your PC or laptop to the router, we recommend a CAT 6 ethernet cable for the best performance. Plug this from your device into the yellow LAN ports on the Wi-Fi router.
