If you are using the black Technicolor router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

There are two ways that you can connect your devices to our Technicolor router. These are WiFi and Ethernet, with WiFi having 2 methods of authentication, which include WPS or Password.

Connecting over WiFi

Password

  1. First, make sure that the WAN (World Icon) light on your WiFi router is green.

  2. Go to “Settings” and then “WiFi” on your device and search for your new WiFi connection called “FTTH_XXXX”.

  3. Select the correct Wi-Fi connection, and use the WPA2 Key at the back of the WiFi router for the WiFi password.

  4. The WiFi icon will turn green once your device has successfully connected.

WPS

  1. First, make sure that the WAN light on your router is green.

  2. On the side panel of your router, briefly press the WPS button and then release it. The WiFi LED will start blinking slowly.

  3. Within two minutes, start WPS on your WiFi device. You will probably have to do this in one of the following ways:

    1. Press the WPS button on your WiFi device

    2. Start WPS in the settings of your WiFi device

    3. Open a list of available networks and select your new WiFi connection.

  4. After a maximum of two minutes, the WiFi LED will be in either of the following states:

    1. Blinking green fast: the device is connecting

    2. Solid green: WPS has turned off.

Connecting over Ethernet

You can plug some devices directly into the router using an ethernet cable (not supplied by brsk). To connect your TV, we recommend a CAT 6 ethernet cable for the best performance. Plug the CAT 6 ethernet cable from your device into the yellow LAN ports on the WiFi router.
