If you are using the black Technicolor router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

Now that full fast fibre has been installed in your home, we are sure you're excited to start experiencing the best that fibre has to offer. First things first - let's help you connect your devices to the Wi-Fi.

Mobile Device/Cellphone

If you're trying to connect your mobile device, you might find it easier to scan

the QR code on the back of the Wi-Fi router and follow the steps to connect.

Alternatively, follow the step-by-step guide below to connect other devices to the Wi-Fi:

  1. First, make sure that the WAN (World Icon) light on your Wi-Fi router is green

  2. Go to "Settings" and then "Wi-Fi" on your cellphone or device and search for your new Wi-Fi connection called “FTTH_XXXX”

  3. Select the correct Wi-Fi connection, and use the WPA2 Key at the back of the Wi-Fi router for the Wi-Fi password.

  4. The Wi-Fi icon will turn green once your device has successfully connected.

Fixed device/laptop/computer

You can plug certain devices directly into the Wi-Fi router using an ethernet cable (not supplied by brsk). You must use one of the LAN ports on the back of the Wi-Fi router. We recommend a cabled connection with a CAT 6 ethernet cable for the best performance.
