How to Place an Order
Ordering Brsk fibre is simple. Select your broadband package, enter your home address, and confirm availability. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to schedule an installation. You won’t be charged until your service is live.
What Happens on Installation Day?
A Brsk engineer will visit your home to install fibre from the nearest telephone pole or underground chamber. The installation typically takes between two and four hours. The engineer will install a Line Box (which converts the fibre signal) and a WiFi router. If you prefer, you can use your own router instead.
To get the best WiFi coverage, choose a central location for the router. It must also be placed near two power sockets. Once the installation is complete, your service should be active within 24 hours unless additional work is required.
