Can I keep my current landline number?
Can I keep my current landline number?
Yes, you can.
As long as your existing landline service is still active, we can transfer your number over to BetterPhone. Just let us know when you place your order that you'd like to keep your number and we’ll reach out to your current provider to have your number transferred to brsk. This process usually takes 2–3 weeks.
Don’t cancel your current phone service just yet. Until we confirm the switch is complete — otherwise, your number might be lost, and we’ll have to give you a new one.
There’s a one-off porting fee, which will be added to your order when it's placed. See our price guide.
