How Many Channels Can I Get?
The number of channels you’ll see depends on where you live. To check what’s available in your area, just enter your postcode into the Freeview Channel Checker.
Where to Find Freeview Channels
You’ll find Freeview channels between 1 and 830 in your TV guide. They’re also easy to spot in the first row of the FreeviewPlay area on your home screen.
Buildings, trees, or hills can sometimes affect reception.

You can still enjoy over 115 IP channels (these start from channel 830) and 40+ apps on your BetterTV, if you don't have an aerial. Some Freeview channels, like BBC and ITV, even have their own apps with catch-up content.

Whenever new Freeview channels are launched, it’s super simple to add them to your BetterTV:
Go to Settings, Select Setup, then TV Channels
Choose Re-scan and let your box update your channels
Once the re-scan has ended, you should have all Freeview channels ready to watch
