Freely links to catch-up player apps like BBC iPlayer, ITVX, and Channel 4, which use their own login details. If you forget your password for any of these apps, you must reset it directly through the player's system.
How to Reset Your Password
Open the relevant player app on your PLEIO puck (e.g., BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4, etc.).
Look for the Sign In or Settings section within that app.
Select the Forgot Password or Reset Password option.
The app will usually send a password reset link to the email address you used to register with that player.
Note: Ourselves or Freely does not hold your individual player app passwords, so the reset must be done through the app's owner (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, etc.).
