I can't find a specific channel in the "Channels+" section.

Updated this week

If you are unable to find a specific channel you're looking for in the Channels+ section, there are a few simple reasons why it may not be visible. Follow these steps to diagnose the issue.

1. Verify the Channel is part of the lineup

The Channels+ section contains a curated selection of over 140 ad-supported channels. It’s possible that the specific channel you are looking for is not included in this list.

  • You can check the full, up-to-date list of included channels on our website.

  • It’s also worth checking if the channel is available as a separate, free app from the Google Play Store.

2. Check your Parental Control Settings

Channels containing content that may not be suitable for children can be hidden by parental controls. If you have enabled these settings, it may be the reason the channel is not appearing.

  • From your PLEIO Home screen, navigate to Settings (the gear icon on the far-right of the menu bar).

  • Go to Parental Controls and check if any restrictions are set that might be hiding the channel.

  • Enter your PIN if prompted, and you may be able to adjust the settings to unhide the channel.

3. Perform a Quick Restart

A temporary software glitch can sometimes cause a channel to disappear from the list. A simple restart can often resolve the problem.

  • Unplug the power cable from the back of your PLEIO puck.

  • Wait for 30 seconds.

  • Plug the power cable back in. The puck will restart automatically.

4. The Channel may have been removed

Due to content agreements, channels on streaming platforms can sometimes be added or removed from the lineup. If the channel is not listed on our website and you have no parental controls active, it may have been removed from the service.

If you have gone through all these steps and the channel is still missing, please contact our support team for further assistance.
