If an app is freezing, crashing, or not loading correctly, it can usually be fixed with a few simple troubleshooting steps.
1. Close the app and re-open it
The simplest solution is to close the app and try opening it again. From the Apps screen, navigate to the app, press and hold the OK button, and select More Info. From there, you can choose Force stop.
2. Restart your PLEIO puck
A quick restart can resolve many minor software glitches.
Unplug the power cable from the back of your PLEIO puck.
Wait for 30 seconds.
Plug the power cable back in.
3. Clear the app's cache and data
Clearing an app's cache and data can fix performance issues without affecting your sign-in details (clearing cache) or will require you to sign back in (clearing data).
Go to Settings > System Settings > Apps.
Select the app you are having trouble with.
Select Clear cache. If the problem persists, go back and select Clear data. You will need to sign in to the app again afterwards.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app
If none of the above steps work, the app may have become corrupted. Uninstalling and reinstalling it will give you a fresh copy.
Go to Settings > Apps.
Select the app and choose Uninstall.
Go back to the Google Play Store and reinstall the app.
