Button | Description |
Universal Search | Opens the search screen, letting you look for any show, film, or game by speaking or typing. |
Info | Shows you more details about the TV programme you are watching or the app you have selected. |
Red | Used for specific functions within apps, often to launch an interactive service such as the BBC Red Button. |
Green | Performs context-specific actions, such as returning to the live programme in the guide or triggering a 'Start Over' function in catch-up services. |
Yellow | Typically used for filtering channels by category or accessing an edit/options menu. |
Blue | Commonly used to display help information or access further options within a menu or app. |
Google Assistant | Turns on the remote's microphone, so you can talk to your TV to search, change settings, or open apps. |
Freely App | Takes you directly to the Freely home screen, where you can easily find all your free live and on-demand broadcasting TV. |
PLEIO Gaming | Quickly opens the dedicated Gaming section, giving you immediate access to 250+ cloud games. |
PLEIO Channels | Opens the screen containing over 140 included channels with ads, for example Mr Bean Live Action / Animation, Pointless, Euronews, etc. |
