We build our network to be robust and reliable and conduct proactive maintenance on a regular basis to ensure that the network is operating at its best.

We have maintenance teams on hand to deal with any issues as quickly as possible - whether a car has taken out a street pole or street cabinet, or a squirrel has chewed through the fibre - brsk will be ready to attend to the issue and get your connection up and running again.

In case you are experiencing internet connectivity issues, please search our Help Centre for answers. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact our support team via support@brsk.co.uk. If they are unable to resolve your issue right away they will dig deeper and hold onto the problem until fully resolved. Our support hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00am - 20:00pm.
