That depends if you're on a fixed 18-month, 24-month contract, or a month-to-month contract.

If you're on a fixed 18 or 24-month contract, unfortunately, you will not be able to pause your subscription.

If, however, you're on a month-to-month contract, you can cancel and re-activate your account as and when you please. You do need to give us at least one month's notice to ensure you don't get billed while you're away.

You'll be happy to hear that we won't charge you to reactivate the service again.
