Yes, you need to give 1-months' notice when cancelling your subscription with brsk. You may be charged a cancellation fee depending on your agreement.

18-month / 24-month contract customers

If you're on a fixed 18-month / 24-month contract, you will be liable for a service cancellation fee that is dependent on how much time is left on your minimum term. We will advise the amount payable for the service cancellation once we acknowledge receipt of your request.

Month-to-Month customers

If you're on a month-to-month contract, you need to give us 1-months' notice to cancel your service. So you will always have 1 bill remaining (and at least 30 days left of service) when you cancel your month-to-month service with us.

Please also remember that you cannot run brsk add-on services without brsks's BetterNet. So, if you decide to cancel the BetterNet and you have BetterPhone linked to that service, BetterPhone will autotically be cancelled too.

The same is true for BetterWiFi and BetterIP

To request to cancel your subscription, please contact cancellations@brsk.co.uk or 02039 255 291.

If you decide to join the brsk family again, and we hope you do, you'll be happy to hear that we won't charge you to reactivate the service again.
