Most of us have come to know the Internet and Wi-Fi as being one and the same thing. But they aren't. Although the internet and Wi-Fi may work together they are different.

The internet is your broadband service through which you are able to surf the web, watch Netflix or BritBox, play games and much more.

Wi-Fi on the other hand is an alternative way of connecting to your internet without having to use cables. So, Wi-Fi is what assists in getting internet to your wireless devices, like your mobile phone.
