No problem, we’ve introduced a chatbot to the brsk website to give you instant answers to your questions.

What is a chatbot?

A chatbot is a messaging tool available on the brsk website. It allows you to ask any questions you may have related to brsk and get instant answers in return! You will have the best experience using the bot if you’re logged into the brsk portal because then the bot can safely give you personalised answers like when your next bill is due or what the status is of your order with brsk.

So why use the chatbot instead of phoning the support team directly?

The chatbot is there to give you quick answers and insights into certain questions so you don’t have to pick up the phone, but our service team is at the ready if the bot doesn’t answer your questions properly. If the bot doesn’t answer your question, your conversation will be redirected to a human so that they can dig a bit deeper and help solve your query. And if you’re more of a phone person than a bot person, just give us a call - that’s what we’re here for!

How to use the chatbot

  • Select ‘Send us a message’.

  • Now type in your question and wait for our chatbot to answer it.

Your chats will be saved in the message tab on the bot to refer to later.

You can also click on ‘Help’ to browse support articles for assistance.
