Brsk is rolling out a brand new network in your area. This requires construction work and can take longer than expected. We, therefore, advise that you do not cancel your current broadband package until your brsk fibre is installed and your service is live.

You should also check the terms of cancellation with your existing provider. Then give your cancellation notice and be aware of any early cancellation fees. You might be able to get out of these if your existing provider is not giving you the speed you are paying for, has increased prices within your contract period or is providing you with poor service.

We’re constantly offering special promotions that let you try a better broadband service through a free trial. This means you can start your brsk service without paying for it, while at the same time running out of your existing broadband provider contract – avoiding double costs. Look out for our promotions or contact us if you would like to find out about what promotions we are running.
