This guide is for the black Technicolor DGA0122 router that brsk currently provides. To confirm the model of your router, check the sticker underneath for the model number. It should read something like ‘DGA0122’.

If you are using the white Icotera router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

To reset your black Technicolor router, you will need to do the following:

  1. Locate the reset button at the back of your router labelled "Reset".

  2. Using a thin object such as a pen or a paperclip, press and hold the reset button

    1. All the lights will light up

    2. The lights will then start to turn off

    3. All the lights will start flashing

  3. Let go of the reset button once it's gone through the above cycle.

  4. Wait a few minutes for the router to reset and come back online.

  5. Once the Broadband light goes green along with the other lights, your router has successfully been reset and is back online.

If you are still experiencing issues after resetting your router, please reach out to support@brsk.co.uk or 02039 255 299.
