This guide is for the Icotera i4850 router that brsk currently provides. To confirm the model of your router, check the sticker on the back for the model number. It should read something like ‘i4850-00’.

If you are using the black Technicolor router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

To reset your white Icotera router, you will need to do the following:

  1. Locate the reset button on the bottom of your router labelled ‘Reset’.

  2. While the router is turned on, press and hold the reset button for more than 10 seconds.

    1. We suggest you use a straightened paperclip or small screwdriver to press the button.

  3. Once the Globe light is steady green and one of the phone lights is blinking green, let go of the reset button.

  4. The lights will cycle through a few times. This is normal and indicates the router is resetting.

  5. Wait a few minutes for the router to reset and come back online.

  6. Once the globe and lights go steady green, your router has been successfully reset and you will be able to log back in using the default settings located on the rear of the router.

If you are still experiencing issues after resetting your router, please reach out to support@brsk.co.uk or 02039 255 299.
