No, you cannot use the BetterPhone service with your internet equipment. Our BetterPhone service is designed to work only with brsk-provided equipment (the Technicolor and Icotera routers). This is in order to ensure the service is secure and allow us to quickly identify and address any issues that may arise.

If you wish to use our BetterPhone service, the brsk provided router must be connected to the line box on the wall (the ONT) and function as the 'gateway' on your network and you must also have a BetterNet Broadband service with brsk. This will allow the router to receive its voice service settings from the brsk systems and stay updated and secure.
