If you are using the black Technicolor router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

If you have an active BetterPhone (VOIP) service with brsk, you will need to plug your phone into the white Icotera brsk router to use the service.

You should have a wall socket such as the one below that your phone is plugged into.

You may already have an RJ11 to BT Plug cable coming from your telephone handset.
Shown below is the RJ11 adapter on the left and the BT adapter on the right. You need a cable that has the RJ11 adapter on both ends or a plug adapter.

If you have an RJ11 to RJ11 cable, simply unplug your existing RJ11 to BT Plug adapter from your handset and replace this with an RJ11 to RJ11 plug cable. The other end of the RJ11 can then be plugged straight into the white Icotera Brsk router.

If the cable is hardwired or if you don't have an RJ11 to RJ11 cable or a plug adapter, you can purchase one online or from a High Street agent. Alternatively, let us know if you're struggling and we will deliver an RJ11 to RJ11 cable to you. Contact us via support@brsk.co.uk or 02039 255 291.

Plug adapters

If you have a plug adapter for your RJ11 to BT plug, you may plug the small RJ11 end of the plug adapter into the white Icotera Brsk router and then plug your existing BT connector into the other end.

Icotera Brsk Router VoIP/phone Ports

There are two VoIP/phone ports on the white Icotera Brsk router, circled below. You can plug your phone into either of these ports. You may also plug 2 separate phones into each port.

Should you need further assistance with this, please contact support via support@brsk.co.uk or 02039 255 291.
