I don't have internet service when connected to the Technicolor Router?

This guide is for the black Technicolor DGA0122 router that brsk provides.

Does it seem like your broadband isn't working?

Like with everything, issues do arise. There may be a fault on the network or it could be a simple problem that can easily be resolved by you.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot your issue:

  1. Check that both brsk devices have power - are they both plugged in and switched on at the wall.

  2. Check that the Ethernet port on the Line Box is connected to the WAN port on the router.

  3. Check the lights on the devices.

  4. Power should be green.

  5. PON Should be green.

  6. Alarm should be off.

  7. Data will flash green with use.

  8. Status should be green.

  9. Broadband should be green.

  10. Internet should be green.

  11. Wireless should be green.

  12. If there’s still no service, restart both devices and wait a few minutes until the lights settle.

  13. If you still don’t have service, contact Support via support@brsk.co.uk or 02039 255 299 and inform them of the pattern of the lights on both devices - if you are able to take a photo of both the Line Box and Wi-Fi router lights for Support, that will really help.
