Thank you for being a valued brsk customer. If you've decided to part ways with brsk, please note that all equipment provided or installed in your home by brsk remains the property of brsk and must be returned upon cancellation - with the exception of the brsk line box and green fibre cable.
Our Simple 3-Step Returns Process
Once we have processed your cancellation request, you can follow our simple, efficient and eco friendly returns process.
1. Receive Your Return Packaging
After we process your cancellation, we'll send a grey returns parcel to your registered address. Please wait for this parcel to arrive before preparing your equipment for return.
2. Check Your Email for Your Return QR Code
We will email you a DPD return QR code – no need to print anything unless you want to. Just show the code on your phone when you drop off your parcel at any DPD Pickup Point.
3. Drop Off Your Parcel
Once you’ve securely packed your equipment in the grey parcel, take it to a DPD Pickup Point and show them your QR code. That’s it – they’ll handle the rest.
Track Your Returns
Tracking on all returns will be done through DPD tracking portal.
