Opens a page that will ask if you would like to record a series or episode.

Please note that you will need to have a live Freeview channel playing for the record key to work. Additionally, a USB stick will have to be setup and inserted into the back of the set-top box before you can start using the recording feature. In most cases Freeview programmes are already available on the catch-up for that channel, so don't need to be recorded at all. However, to learn how to setup your USB stick for recording, please click here.

Channels listed between 1 and 830 will require an aerial to view them through your set-top box, whereas channels listed between 831 and 999 are available through an internet connection.

The rewind and fast forward keys can also be used to easily switch between areas on your set-top box. For example, from FreeviewPlay to Extra Channels or even further to the left to All apps.
