To check the network connectivity status of your Better TV device, please follow the steps below:

Under the 'Help & Support' row, select 'Diagnostics'
3. Your internet status will be displayed as either 'Connected' or 'Disconnected'. This would appear, as shown below:
Alongside your 'Internet status', you can find details such as 'Local network IP' (IP address), 'Software version' etc.
