We're always improving our software so that our customers enjoy the most seamless experience possible when watching TV. Simply follow the steps below and leave the rest to us!

1. Make sure your Better TV device is connected to the internet

2. Navigate to the 'Settings' menu

3. Under the 'Help & Support' row, select 'Advanced'

4. Enter your PIN

5. Select 'Connect to our services' (If there is a software update, your Better TV device will start upgrading)

If not, congratulations! You're already enjoying the best that Better TV has to offer! All you need to do now is relax and let your Better TV device do the talking.
