Technicolor Router Advanced Wi-Fi Management


If you're using the black Technicolor router from brsk, you can manage your wireless network settings directly from your phone or computer.

Step 1: Log into your router

  • Open a browser on your phone or laptop.

  • Type http://192.168.1.1 into the address bar.

  • Enter the admin password printed on the bottom of your router.

  • Press Sign In.

Step 2: Access wireless settings

  • On the homepage, tap the cogs icon in the Wireless section.

  • You can now view or change:

    • Your WiFi network name (SSID)

    • Your WiFi password


Once you make any changes, a Save button will appear—tap it to apply.

Step 3: View detailed device info

  • To see more about who’s connected and how they’re using your network:

    • Go to the Client Monitoring tab.

    • Select a device from the list to view signal strength, data usage, and more.


Icotera Router Advanced Wi-Fi Management

If you have the white Icotera router from brsk, you can use the free Icotera app to manage your home WiFi settings easily.

Step 1: Download the Icotera app

  • Scan the QR code printed on your router or search for Icotera in your app store.

  • Download and install the app.

Step 2: Log in

  • Use the WiFi name and password found on the label on the back of your router.

  • Once logged in, you’ll land on the main dashboard.

Step 3: Manage your WiFi

Inside the app, you can:

  • Change your WiFi network name (SSID)

  • View and rename connected devices/Optimise brsk-connected equipment

  • Share your WiFi login

  • Run speed tests from your phone

Setting Up Your Guest Network

Setting up a guest network is a great way to let friends and visitors use your internet without giving access to your main devices like smart TVs, speakers, or printers.

Set up guest network for TP-Link router


You can do this using either the Aginet app or your router’s web interface.

📱 Using the Aginet App

  1. Open the Aginet App

    • Make sure your phone is connected to your TP-Link router’s WiFi.

    • Open the app and complete the initial setup if you haven’t already.

  2. Create a Guest Network

    • Tap More in the bottom-right corner.

    • Select Guest Network.

    • Choose a secure password for your guest WiFi.

    • (Optional) Change the network name (SSID) or share access via QR code.


💻 Using the Web Interface

  1. Log in to the Router

    • Open your browser and go to http://192.168.0.1

    • Enter your router admin password.

  2. Enable Guest Network

    • Click Guest Network on the menu.

    • Tick the Enable Guest Network box.

    • Set your preferred SSID and password.

  3. Additional Security (Optional)

    • Want to keep guest devices separate? Tick Allow Guests to Access Each Other to turn this on or off.

  4. Save Your Settings

    • Click Save. Your guest WiFi should now appear in your available networks list.

🔧 Steps to Set Up a Guest Network

  1. Open a browser and go to http://192.168.1.1

  2. Click “Sign In” in the top-right corner

  3. Login details:

    • Username: admin

    • Password: (Your router’s Access Key)

  4. Hover over “Wireless”, then click the cogs icon

  5. In the Networks tab, click Guest

  6. Change State to On

  7. Set a custom WiFi name (SSID) and password, or leave the default

  8. Press Save


Your guest network will appear shortly in the list of WiFi options!


🔄 Already shared your main password?

No problem—you can change the password for your main network to prevent further access. Just remember you’ll need to reconnect all your devices.

Guest network on Icotera Routers (White)

Currently, guest WiFi networks are not supported on the white Icotera routers provided by brsk.


If you’d like to restrict access to your WiFi or share a new password, we recommend updating your main WiFi name and password instead.

Set up guest network for the Brsk Hub

If you want, you can set up a separate Wi-Fi name and password for your guests.

  • Select Wi-Fi > Guest

  • Edit the name of your guest Wi-Fi network in the SSID box.

  • Click Apply to save the changes.
