Your customer portal is your gateway to managing your brsk service - you can, update your profile, view your orders and services, upgrade and downgrade your service, purchase add-ons, view your contract, billing and payment details and run speed tests and get support from our team.

  1. Visit the login page: Go to Account Login | brsk

  2. Enter your email: Use the email address from your brsk order (this must be the account holder's email)

  3. Enter your password: Use the password you created during signup

  4. Click "Log In" and you're in!

First-time login: If a sales agent helped with your order, you'll have received an email to complete your account setup. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for this setup email and follow the instructions to create your password.

Can't remember your password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and we'll send you reset instructions.

Resetting your customer portal password

  1. Go to the login page: Visit Account Login | brsk

  2. Click "Forgot Password" below the login fields.

  3. Enter your email address and click "Request Password Reset."

  4. Check your email for reset instructions and follow the steps provided.

Reset from inside your account on the customer portal: If you're already logged in but want to change your password:

  1. Click "Personal Details" in your portal.

  2. Go to "Account Details" section.

  3. Click "Change Password."

  4. Enter your current password and click "Next."

  5. Create your new password following the security requirements shown.

  6. Save your changes

Password tips:

  • Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols

  • Make it at least 8 characters long

  • Don't use the same password as other accounts

  • Consider using a password manager to keep it secure
