What is cloud gaming?
Cloud gaming is a service that allows you to play games without needing to download or install them onto your PLEIO puck. Instead, the games are streamed directly to your puck from our powerful, remote servers, similar to how you would stream a film on Netflix.
This means you can enjoy over 200 games in an instant, with no long waiting times or large game files taking up your puck's storage space. All you need is a fast and stable internet connection.

Which games can I play?
The Gaming section on PLEIO gives you access to a curated library of over 200 games. This collection covers a wide range of genres, from action and adventure to family-friendly fun and classic puzzles.
To explore the available games, simply visit the Gaming section on the navigation menu bar. You can browse the full list of titles, filter them by genre, or search for a specific game (via the Search section) you're in the mood for.

How do I start playing?
To begin playing on your PLEIO puck, you'll need to visit the Gaming section on the navigation bar. Here is a simple guide to getting set up and launching your first game.
Do I need to download the games I wish to play?
No, you do not need to download, install, or update any of the games. Thanks to our cloud streaming technology, games are launched instantly from our remote servers and streamed directly to your PLEIO puck.
Browse the library: Within the Gaming section, you can browse a wide variety of available titles (200+ games).
Select your game: Choose a game you wish to play and select the 'Play' option on the screen.
Pair your gamepad: If you have not yet paired your gamepad, you'll receive a prompt to do so. Follow the on-screen instructions to put your gamepad into pairing mode, and select it from the list when it appears.
Create your profile: Once your gamepad is connected, select a profile to automatically save your game progress to.
Start playing: The game will begin to stream instantly, allowing you to jump straight into the action with no downloads or installation times.

How do I search for a game?
You can easily search for a specific game by performing the following:
Go to the Search section on navigation bar.
Use the on-screen keyboard or voice search to type or say the name of the game.
If the game is available, it will appear in your search results. You can select it from there to launch it instantly.

No, you cannot add your own games to the service. The Gaming section is a curated library of over 200 titles, all of which are included as part of your monthly subscription.

How do I exit a game?
To exit a game simply press the Back or Home button on your remote control.

Is my progress saved within each game?
Yes, your progress within a game is automatically saved to your profile, provided you have an active network connection and your subscription remains active. When you next access the game(s), select the same profile to resume where you left off.
Please note that terminating your subscription will result in the loss of your saved game data.
