PLEIO Puck Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
PLEIO Puck Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
If your PLEIO puck is having trouble connecting to your Wi-Fi network, here is a simple troubleshooting guide to get you back online.
β
1. Check your password
The most common issue is an incorrect password. Go to your Wi-Fi settings on the PLEIO puck and carefully re-enter your Wi-Fi password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
β
2. Restart your router and modem
A power cycle can solve many connectivity issues.
Unplug the power from both your router and modem.
Wait for 30 seconds.
Plug your modem back in first and wait for it to fully restart.
Plug your router back in and wait for it to connect.
3. Restart your PLEIO puck.
While your network is resetting, restart your PLEIO puck by unplugging its power for 30 seconds. This will make sure it reconnects properly to the network.
β
4. Check other devices
Confirm that your Wi-Fi network is working by trying to connect to it with another device, such as a phone or laptop. If other devices also cannot connect, the problem is with your network, not the PLEIO puck.

Channels+ is not working, what should I do?
If you are having trouble with the ad-supported Channels+ section, here are the steps you can take to fix the problem.
1. Check for a strong internet connection
Like all streaming services, Channels+ requires a stable internet connection. If you are experiencing buffering, please follow the steps in our 'How do I fix buffering and/or poor picture quality?' article.
2. Check parental controls
It's possible that the channel you're looking for has been hidden by your parental control settings.
Go to Settings > Parental Controls.
Enter your PIN and check if any channels have been hidden or restricted.
3. The channel may be temporarily offline
As these channels are streamed from various providers, a channel may be temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue on their end. If you have followed the above steps and the channel is still not working, try again later.
