Absolutely, you can.
But only if you haven't cancelled your phone service with your previous/current provider.
When you sign up for a BetterPhone service with brsk we will ask you if you want to keep your existing landline number. You will then be prompted to enter your number. From there on, we do the rest.
We liaise with our partner that assists with number porting who in turn reaches out to your current provider to smoothly port your number to brsk.
This should take about 2-3 weeks to complete. Be sure not to cancel your phone service with your current provider until brsk advises you to do so, otherwise your number will be lost and a new number will be allocated to you.
If you would like to keep your existing number there is a once-off fee, as per our price book, which will be charged as soon as your order is placed.
In order to take advantage of BetterPhone, you will need to signup for BetterNet too.
