Getting your brsk fibre installed requires a visit from our qualified engineers. This section covers the ways you can manage your engineer appointments, so you know exactly what to expect throughout the installation process.


Prepare for your engineer installation/activation appointment


​Before the engineer arrives:

  • Make sure someone over 18 will be at the property.

  • External access: Ensure the engineer can easily reach your property boundary and any external walls.

  • Internal access: Clear pathways through your home where cables might need to run.

  • Remove obstacles: Move furniture, decorations, or storage items that might block access to walls or corners.


Reschedule your installation appointment

If you need to change your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours in advance by emailing scheduling@brsk.co.uk. If you cancel or reschedule late, a missed appointment fee may apply.


What if my home needs extra work to find a cable line route?


Most installations follow a standard process. However, depending on what extra work needs to be done, we can proceed with a non-standard installation, and extra charges may apply. This could include rerouting cables due to blocked ducts or trenching if underground access is required. Our team will discuss any additional costs before installation begins.
