This guide is for the Technicolor DGA0122 router that brsk currently provides.

If you are using the white Icotera router that brsk installed, please take a look at this article.

To confirm the model of your router, check the sticker on the underside of your router for the model number. It should read something like โ€˜DGA0122โ€™.

Once you've had your brsk service installed, you may want to change your Wi-Fi network name to something different. Revert to your previous network name to smoothly move all devices already saved to your new network. This way you won't have to set up devices already connected via the old network name.

How to change your Wi-Fi network name and password:

  1. Log into your router by following the steps here

  2. Once logged in, click "Wireless"

  3. Change the "SSID" and "Wireless Password" values to whatever you like, then press "Save" once you're happy with them

    1. Hint: You can check the "Show Password" box to see what password you're entering

    2. Please note: The SSID cannot exceed 32 characters and may consist of alphanumeric characters, spaces and special characters such as ` ! @ # $ & * _ + - = [ ] : โ€œ | ? , . / .

  4. Reconnect your devices using the new Wi-Fi details.

If for some reason you are unable to reconnect to your Wi-Fi on any of your devices after performing the above steps, you will need to reset your router to its default settings. Please follow the instructions located here on how to do that.
